To eat

Located at the crossroads of land and sea, where vegetal and animal intersect, between the regions of Brittany, Vendée and the Loire, Nantes’ culinary scene has asserted itself through its capacity to transform its local, quality produce into first-rate fare.

Every year, Le Voyage à Nantes showcases the savoir-faire of its professionals and highlights the dynamism of the region’s gastronomic talents through a selection of nearly one hundred establishments in the Tables de Nantes restaurant guide. This choice is based on the capacity to enhance the quality of the territory’s agricultural and wine production (restaurants labelled “I love Muscadet”), and organized under different formats, ranging from the “Vit’fait bien fait !” (“Quick and tasty!”) stops, where you can eat on the run, to organic, gastronomical, or traditional family restaurants.
In other words, Les Tables de Nantes is the reference for eating well in Nantes, where you can also find a list of all the open-air markets in the region, the perfect wine bar and cave à manger, culinary events, and more!
